In this pivotal role you will report to the Head of e-Commerce and manage all digital performance channels, driving e-commerce revenue, app downloads and loyalty acquisition to hit commercial objectives, ensuring more and more people come to know, love and buy their amazing brand.
You’ll own the digital marketing strategy and day-to-day running of all the encompassing area’s including SEO and PPC, working closely with the web development and CRO Partners to optimise on site experience for their loyal fans and those new to the brand. On a daily basis, you’ll work with the Senior Creative Manager to develop content that will maximise the impact and also work the wider Marketing team to ensure cohesion of both strategic and creative execution for the digital, retail and FMCG channels. You will continuously analyse digital media effectiveness and take corrective action as necessary to keep the paid media channels firing on all cylinders, in line with ambitious targets.
This role would suit a confident, credible and talented Performance Marketer with a passion digging into data for insight and the capability to turn these insights into stand out acquisition campaigns.
Analytical and results driven, you will be able to expertly navigate Content Management Systems (Magento would be a plus) to regularly update campaigns, landing pages and the latest product news.
Previous experience in paid media management (agency or client side) is a must as well as a PPC experience. You’ll be proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads/Shopping and Good Tag Manager and will have also managed and optimised performance to deliver ROAS improvements.
