An exciting new Head of Talent opportunity with a growing multi-site organisation on the South Coast that is not to be missed.

This business has a new Head of Talent role that they are looking to invest in.

They are looking to align with exceptional professionals, so this is your chance to come in and take the opportunity to make big improvements and put new models and processes in place.

As a medium sized business, they offer scale and variety and they also lack the red tape of the larger corporate environments. Giving you the autonomy to make changes in how they approach recruitment as a whole and make your mark on this growing company.

You will drive the talent attraction strategy; Identifying and developing talent while ensuring all actions are in alignment with the strategic direction of the business, making sure you have the right talent for both short term requirements and for future needs.

You will make sure the business's culture is embedded through every step of the processes you put in place to hire top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective way.

Previous evidence of transforming the recruitment function within an organisation is key, drawing on external knowledge and networking to bring best practise into the strategy that you implement. As well as having commercial and analytical know-how you will also a leader stakeholders will want to follow.

You must be strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships across all levels of the business.
