This is a newly created role looking at long-term innovation in Dairy ingredients.
We are looking for a PhD qualified individual to establish and run joint projects with universities and research organisations. This will involve exploring new ingredient concepts and building knowledge in dairy processing.
This new role will help develop the innovation strategy and identify commercial opportunities for new product development. You'll be interpreting research findings and communicating these across the business. Using learnings gained from joint research projects you'll help the team to generate new product ideas. You'll take new concepts through pilot plant trials and provide support in presentations to customers. You'll be looking 5 years + ahead at what's new and exciting that can be utilised to give the company an ongoing commercial edge.
