Engineering Manager, London

Excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Engineering Manager to join a rapidly growing and very exciting FMCG business in London.

As Engineering Manager, you will have ownership of the engineering strategy leading a team of up to 20 engineers across mechanical and electrical maintenance at a fast-paced factory - PPM scheduling and delegating jobs to a multi skilled team - 'fault finding on PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, breakdowns and set-up of all machinery and equipment etc. It will be your duty to ensure the engineering department meet all KPIs targets and GMP standards.

As Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of the factory. You will be an influential leader and a natural problem solver, bringing ideas to the table of how to improve the business. You will manage the engineering budget including CAPEX spend.

To be considered for this position, you must have been in a similar sized role before, leading teams and maintenance strategies within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry.

You will have experience across CAPEX, project management and continuous improvement and have worked within the FMCG industry (food or drink manufacturing / pharmaceuticals etc.), to be successful in this role must be able to handle fast growth!
