As a proven Head of Manufacturing / General Manager / Operations Director within complex food / drink manufacturing environments you will be able to quickly assess where this business is and what it needs to do.

You will have a large CAPEX budget in tow to support you, the company has a good track record of investing (£17m across the estate) and this role will be instrumental in leading £4m that has already been earmarked for you to innovate the capabilities.

Potentially a major selling point drawback are one and the same thing depending on your personal circumstances - the three factories are located through the East of England and so flexibility and travel will be required (but given in equal measure with home working / flexible working for you to self-manage).
