As the Production Manager you will be most senior in the department over night and report into the days leadership team. You must be confident in your ability to think on your feet and be an excellent problem solver.

If you are autonomous, confident and have a strong track record within Shift Management or a step up role, please still apply. With a fantastic training and development programme on site, ambitious candidates looking for their next step are welcomed.

You will be responsible for a significant sized team and they will be your biggest focus. The site have had multiple moves and shakes across the site with many internal promotions and you will champion the ongoing development. You will take pride in your coaching and mentoring skills and ensure that a supportive and development culture is practiced throughout the management structure below. In return, you will be given the tools and autonomy in order to develop yourself and propel your career to the next level.

Whilst your Shift Managers oversee the day to day, you will have the autonomy to also oversee the long term strategy and champion projects in order to achieve long term goals. A previous background and strong knowledge of various continuous improvement project success is essential for this role.
