A fantastic multi-site Operations Director role, working for a fast growing and very successful food business on a journey from "Good" to "Great".

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful food business on their growth journey. As part of an Executive Team, with a strong pedigree, you will lead the Operations agenda for the business. Working closely with the CEO, you will develop and drive the Operational Strategy for the business.

My client is a well invested family-owned business, who has transformed its business in terms of product categories and customer portfolio and hence grown the turnover. Now we are looking for a strong World Class Manufacturing professional to transform this multi-site operation.

There is further capex/investment available for Automation, AI and robotics etc to help future proof this business.

The ideal professional will come from a food manufacturing background and will have developed a 2 - 5 year operational strategy, along with implementing operational efficiency improvements.

The people piece is important, we are looking for an individual who has people skills of engagement to take the teams along with them whilst coaching and developing to build high performing teams.

You will be a pragmatic individual from the food industry, who has seen what good looks like and can passionately articulate and translate into strategy and delivery. You will have energy and pace.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business in growth who manufactures and supplies lifestyle food products for the consumer market, with ambition to grow and expand its operations.

The role is based in the South of England and offers relocation support.
