Your main focus will lie in the day to day production but most importantly the people. As you are mentored, trained and developed, you will also promote this supportive culture throughout the management structure below. Previous experience building and developing successful team alongside a passion for training is a must.

As the successful candidate you will have:
-A strong background within food manufacturing (chilled will prove highly advantageous).
-Several years overseeing significant teams
-Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions quickly
-Passion, determination and motivational
