Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Production Manager to join a well-established food production business in a very picturesque location in Dorset.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the factory taking ownership of all factory operations including production, food safety, health and safety, hygiene, quality, health and safety, logistics and team.

You will be leading a dedicated team of up to 150 people at a very fast-paced site, with product quality and customer satisfaction at the core of all you do! It will be your duty to lead and influence the team to get the job done right! Offering coaching and mentoring where required, you will need to be a strong communicator and have a real gravitas to be successful in this role.

My client is an innovative business always looking for ways to improve and thrive - as Production Manager you will be tasked to drive a Continuous Improvement culture across the factory.

To be considered for this role you will have ideally operated at this level before within the food production / FMCG industry, you will be highly experienced across a broad range of factory operations including Production, supply chain, technical, quality and health and safety.
