The Role

In this fast paced, hands on role, you’ll work as part of a small NPD team collaborating on the brand’s innovation pipeline to create concepts that push the boundaries but captivate customers with stunning flavour profiles and pairings.

You will work closely with suppliers as well as internal teams to create new recipe ideas that are exciting, authentic and tantalizing to the UK consumers’ expanding and progressively adventurous palates as well as being true to the ethos of the brand. As part of your recipe development, you will be researching the market and trends, keeping up to date with competitors and creating products that are commercially viable and accessible to your target audience.

The Person

We are looking for an industrious, inventive and talented Innovations Chef who oozes creativity and has previous experience within branded product development, food manufacturing or QSR.

Ambitious and inspiring you’ll have a proven track record of developing products of quality that capture the latest trends and ingredients to dazzle and impress your consumers and align with product costings.

You will understand how a brand’s values are translated into their products to stay in-tune with your customers, inherently knowing how brand expectations differ in terms of product ranges and concepts. You will be able to confidently deliver passionate and persuasive product presentations, identify innovation opportunities and think outside the box in order to achieve market success.
