Head of Health & Safety

I am looking to speak to a passionate and hands-on Health & Safety professional to join an excellent business as their Head of Health & Safety. This role is with a market-leading business who pride themselves on producing high quality food products.

This is a great opportunity for a change-maker to come in and drive a positive Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with internal, customer and legal standards as well as delivering a safe working environment across the site. This is a factory floor based role across several sites so a hands-on approach is necessary to be able to drive change and motivate employees at all levels of seniority. As Head of Health & Safety you will also be participating in Customer and Third-party audits.

The successful candidate will be motivated, dedicated and passionate about Health & Safety processes and legislation. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualifications is essential, as well as experience working in a food manufacturing or processing environment.
