Are you a career interim? Or looking to get your foot into the interim world?

The Company

This is a great chance for you to make a stamp with a manufacturer that is growing rapidly and need support immediately.

A food manufacturer who have recently built a new site and are looking to expand to another.

The Role

The role covers a single site that runs 24/7 with ~10 direct reports.

They are looking for someone who can be strategic but also happy to be hands-on in the factory; this is not a position for someone who prefers to be office-facing only.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that has grown rapidly in the last 24 months.

The role will look to begin ASAP and run for 3 months.

The Person

A real self-starter that’s proficient in English writing and speaking ability.

Demonstrate experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing roles.

Must have experience in the food manufacturing environment at Head of Engineering level and above.

Have sound knowledge and experience with chilled and frozen machinery (i.e., spiral chiller etc.).

Fast-paced company so will need someone who is quick thinking, agile and hands-on.

Must have the ability to hit the ground running from the first moment, someone who will add stability to the team.
