One of our top clients are on the look out for a ambitious, hard working and committed Production Supervisor to take lead of one of their largest production lines. This business is expanding due to internal and business growth. You must be someone who is passionate about food and delivering excellent results whilst creating a inspiring and motivated factory floor.

The right candidate for this position needs to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of driving a business forward, continuous improvement, HACCP and health and safety. Our client is keen to find someone who is passionate about leading teams and driving great performance. You must be someone who can adapt to different needs and take accountability for challenging behaviours or poor performances.
Our client welcomes leaders who can come in and inspire, lead, and demonstrate a positive approach to processes and procedures. Someone who can bring new ideas to the table, has a great initiative and can work well under pressure.
