An exciting and highly valued Commercial position has arisen with this visionary business to help develop and drive the Foodservice & QSR business strategy and grow those sales channels.
As a vital member of this vibrant commercial team you’ll take direct responsibility for the Foodservice and QSR channels, driving business forward through developing relationships whilst actively seeking out new opportunities within your category. Supporting the Head of Sales, you’ll develop and implement the commercial framework, formulating and delivering tailored plans to enable continual growth and category success. Using your entrepreneurial flair and analytical understanding you’ll develop strategies to showcase current product portfolio; working with Buying Managers and NPD teams you’ll analyse costing and market data whilst using consumer information and market trends to present and deliver annual plans that will generate profitable sales for both the company and the customer. In addition you’ll contribute to the implementation of best in class methodologies for these channels to achieve business targets as well as market leading service.
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Senior Commercial Manager who has gained extensive experience in managing major multiple accounts for a large FMCG food manufacturing business in the chilled sector. Confident and a strong negotiation, you’ll have a proven record of sales achievement within the foodservice and QSR channels where you have been the driving force behind key commercial projects to produce excellent results. You’ll also have built strong working relationships within those sales channels which led to category growth.
Naturally forward thinking and outgoing, you’ll have a flexible and methodical approach to tasks where you can think on your feet to devise and implement business solutions.
