About the Job

As Production Manager and reporting to the Operations Manager/Senior Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of designated production areas to ensure effective delivery of quality, service, and cost optimization.

With experience working within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe use of facilities and equipment, as well as the efficiency and quality of the production. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and GMP standards is essential.

The Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you must be a strong team leader with good communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage your team where necessary. You will also have a passion to mentor, develop and train all staff members to ensure the ever-growing success of the business. Alongside this, you must have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
