Our client is a successful global food business with a UK-based head office. The UK team control business across the UK, Europe and Asia. The role
Our client has ambitious UK growth plans and they are now looking to recruit 2 Supply Chain Coordinators, one vacancy to cover the UK market and the other vacancy to cover European/Asian markets. Both roles will report to the International Supply Chain Manager.
The main purpose for these exciting roles is to manage the order-to-invoice process for the assigned markets and coordinate with approved logistics partners to ensure customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for ensuring suppliers comply with the required documentation regulations. You will also process orders direct from suppliers, review and approve invoices and ensure stock is in the right location at the right time.
About you
For both positions, we are looking for candidates with working knowledge of the relevant markets (UK or Europe/Asia) and the logistics flow and process within an FMCG business. To be successful you will need to possess strong organisational and time management skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an excellent multi-tasker.
The jobs require confident, resilient individuals, with positive ‘can do’ attitudes. You will be naturally highly organised, calm under pressure and have a keen attention to detail. You possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
