We are working with a very forward thinking Fresh Produce who have an opportunity to bring in an Assistant Procurement Admin Manager. They have a lot of opportunities coming up in 2021 and need to make that they have the right people in the right places to support this.
About the job:-
You will be providing support within the administration team and working closely with the Procurement Admin Manager. Your role will include general administrative tasks, Day to day running of the stock control system, which will include verifying supply orders and any top ups and raising any identified issues with relevant Buyers, processing incoming Production Orders and processing incoming Production Ordering.
The ideal candidate:-
Ideally you will have a understanding of the retail environment and demonstrate a knowledge of supply chain process. You will need to be a confident communicator and be able to influence people at various levels throughout the business. You will need to proficient with Excel and have a good understanding of the other areas of Microsoft Office. You will be independent with a self-organised approach and the ability to plan a workload and support other members of the team. Good time management is essential.
