To develop, manage and implement key innovation projects in line with the business strategy. To work effectively with cross functional teams and communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders.
To be the key interface with the external world, R&D and Innovation teams to deliver key projects in the Innovation funnel.
Develop and lead innovative solutions, inspiring through food, industry, and consumer knowledge.
Skills & Experience
- MEAT/OR MEAT FREE experience is essential
- Degree in Food Science or related discipline
- 1-3yrs experience in R&D of food manufacturing essential
- Passionate about the promotion of food knowledge to all levels
