An exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join a rapidly growing Food Manufacturing business that works hard to support and live their values.

This business has grown rapidly in its category and continues to provide innovative products for Grocery and Foodservice sectors... that is where you come in. This is a new role that encompasses everything you could want from a generalist HR Business Partner position!

Joining The People Team, you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing department based in the Head Office 3 days a week, and the Manufacturing Site for 2 days.

Building solid relationships with the team will be key to your success, being the contact for all HR queries and training at Head office. You will assist with interviews, look after all onboarding, manage any ER case work, and coach managers.

A strong element of this role is Learning and Development for the Manufacturing site so you will have experience in this and delivering training - even better if it is eLearning! You will be completing training analysis, skills matrix's, competency frameworks, succession planning, career development pathways, and working with every team member to make sure they have Personal Development Plans in place.

Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role with a fast-growth start-up so you can understand the challenges of the environment. You will be looking to roll your sleeves up to constantly improve on all HR Processes, policies, and procedures.
