About Our Client

A hugely innovative and ambitious grower of fresh produce to many of the UK's best loved retailers. Growing from arguably, one the country's most unique and interesting locations - this is a genuinely exciting and once off opportunity. Currently operating out of just the one location soon to be two!

About the Role

They are looking to bring on future Deputy Supervisors and Supervisors for the new site and to replace those moving across from the current site. These roles will begin immediately for training to the right level, before moving to take up a Deputy or Supervisor role.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will come from a food production/manufacturing background, but this role would be equally suitable for a candidate who has supervised restaurants, kitchens or similar. You will be hard working, reliable, a strong motivator and a team player.

You will have experience in supervising small teams, be able to show leadership qualities, be brilliant at motivating others and be someone who can be relied upon. You will be a quick learner and full of practical ideas to improve our processes.
