Exceptional opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join a rapidly growing FMCG business! This role is based on the Essex / London boarder at a brand-new facility!

My client is leading the way in their field and have exciting growth plans in place, a forward thinking, innovative business who are looking for an individual who mirrors their ethos and ambition.

As Continuous Improvement Facilitator you will report directly to the CI Manager and be responsible for helping to drive a strong CI culture across site! You will be analysing systems, processes and procedures, planning ways to deliver improvements across the company.

A fantastic chance for exposure across several different departments, working with an influential operations and supply chain team to identify issues and opportunities. You will be analytical, pragmatic and have great attention to detail to be a success in this role.

This opportunity would be a perfect fit for a recent Graduate or some looking to progress their career within continuous improvement!

You will need to have gained some experience with delivering business change and improvements across operations, ideally within the FMCG, e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
