Interim NPD Project Manager (Protein) Outside IR35

Background

One of our clients in the meat industry are in need of immediate support for ongoing new product development projects.

After a tremendously busy summer, they are looking to bolster the development team with a protein expert to enable smooth delivery of the 2022 launch schedule.

The company is a market leader in their field and work with most of the major retailers.

You’ll have seen their fantastic products on supermarket shelves - this assignment offers a great opportunity to be involved in bringing their next innovative product line to fruition.

We’ve been to the factory and it’s impressive in scale: ideally, you’ll have worked for one of the big players in the industry before and will fit right in with this size of operation.

What you need to know

This is a creative role with a focus on innovation and delivery.

You’ll have experience dealing with a strict launch schedule and managing the expectations of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Strong account management for at least one of the “big-four” retailers would be expected.

Protein experience is essential.

Some possible flex for products that are protein-based such as savory pastry / party-food etc.

Strong people skills and project management/delivery in previous roles are a given.

This is a day rate contract / outside IR35 – rate negotiable on experience
