As a Bread Production Shift Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects on the shift, working on a permanent contract you will be responsible for the production of high quality products, managing all staff on shift and compliancy with bakery records.
This is a hands-on, bakery floor role where you will make real time decisions to ensure the company remains legal and compliant with the product, food safety systems and ways of working. This role give you the chance to make a real impression and implement effective change.
To ensure that all products produced by the bakery meet specifications and contribute to Potts Bakers reputation for high quality.
To ensure compliance with, and develop systems to meet Hygiene, Health & Safety regulations.
To be a Senior HACCP team member and be a lead member during customer & SALSA audits and visits.
To develop, train, and monitor the performance of all team members.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of driving a positive health & safety culture and leading a team within a fast paced environment within the workplace. A proven track record of improving productivity and waste through implementation of best practice.
You will be a critical member of the senior management team.
