As the NPD Technologist for this business, you will be developing new innovative ingredients solutions for global food manufacturing customers.

Here you will be using your experience in developing ingredients solutions for a broad range of applications across the food industry. You'll be joining a market-leading company that leads the way in innovation, working with an impressive range of global customers. It's a business that properly invests in its people and future innovation capabilities where you can really develop your career.

You'll be developing new concepts and renovating existing products to meet customer's requirements across different regions. This will involve hands-on development work and presenting concepts to customers. You'll be engaging with different stakeholders across the business to drive projects forward, ensuring they meet the required high-quality standards, legal requirements and taste profiles for each region.

Nurturing customer relationships and being seen as the leader in your field is the aim here. So, you'll need a keen eye for the latest trends and industry developments, to be researching competitor activity, benchmarking products and carrying out sensory product evaluations. To succeed you'll ideally have a background of developing ingredients solutions for the meat or meat alternatives sectors, with a food science or equivalent degree.

The role is based in the South-West with some travel to customers and manufacturing sites, so you'll need your own transport and driving licence.
