They are now seeking an account manager to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that their customers have all the required support. Applications from graduates will also be considered with a good degree in a relevant subject.
As the account manager, you will be the first port of call for incoming enquiries for the company’s services.
Developing strong customer relationships to ensure that the customers are fully supported
Meeting agreed financial targets and selling the full range of products
There will be a focus on sponsorship and partnership opportunities as well as market analysis
Keeping updated with product knowledge
Completing reports as required
Working closely as part of a larger internal team whilst delivering results and hitting sales targets through your actions
Genuine commercial experience of B2B sales in the food, drink, FMCG sectors
Graduates will also be considered with a good degree in a relevant subject
The innate ability to make sound business decisions to arrive at the best outcome for a given situation.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
High levels of proactivity are essential, to deliver agreed targets
Excellent rapport building, to not only maintain current contacts, but an ability to develop new ones by building networks
Well-organised with the ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines
