THE ROLE is to be responsible for meeting output targets in an extremely fast moving businesses working to strict food industry health & safety and hygiene standards. The shift will be 3on - 3off -12h shifts days and nights
Key responsibilities will include:Managing operatives and allocating duties according to production plans.Being able to reactively spot and report machinery dysfunction including diagnosis. Recognizing product quality defects and resolving the issue.Support and train new staffManage performance of your team taking action where required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have excellent verbally and written communication skills in English. You will also be passionate about food in particular bakery products and key skills will include:Good understanding of a food production environment.Excellent People Management skills.Good IT skills.Understanding KPIs.
