Do you have proven experience looking at strategic sourcing practices to identify and reach new talent, as well as a solid understanding of best practice principles and processes within recruitment?
You will be responsible for providing a professional, high quality, customer focused recruitment service to external candidates and key stakeholders across all areas of talent attraction, resourcing, and on-boarding.
You will cover different levels and functions as an integral part in the delivery of the group recruitment strategy. You will be working alongside the Hiring Managers, HR Team, Employees, and Recruitment Partners so, you need to be someone that enjoys building relationships.
To be successful in the role you will have a proactive approach and be able to build effective pipelines for hard to recruit roles and identify gaps, managing the whole process from start to finish and always looking for way to improve practices.
Utilising talent pipelines and other direct sourcing techniques you will provide an outstanding service to fill all vacancies with high quality talent within agreed timeframes and at the lowest cost possible without comprising on candidate experience.
Experience of using Application Tracking Systems, ideally Eploy would be advantageous.
