This role will allow you to work for the world leader in their food ingredients category supplying meat processors and vegan food manufacturers across all international regions. As pioneer in their market over 50 years ago this business take future market trends, innovation, and category development very seriously and therefore are now looking to strengthen that team once again after an internal promotion.
This role of Product Manager is essential to develop and deliver the category strategy that will determine and shape the future of product portfolio. The role will work closely with NPD & Innovation, Sales and Market Development, and R&D to form a strong internal team to deliver the category strategy that will meet customer needs.
Some may describe it as category innovation, strategic marketing, or product business development but it is essentially someone who recognises opportunities in the market for growth and has the skills to work with internal and external stake holders to bring future products to life.
You will have the following skills to be successful in this roleCurrent experience working in B2B food ingredientsInternational/Global customer experience is essentialAt least five years in Product management, strategic marketing, or category innovationCommercial acumen and strong communications skillsAbility to travel internationally on a regular basis
