Are you a QC / QA working within fresh produce? If so, we'd like to hear from you.
About our Client
We are recruiting for an established and highly regarded fresh produce business supplying retail, foodservice and food manufacturing customers with a variety of fresh produce.
About the Role
As Ripening Trials Assistant you will accurately assess, record and communicate the results of ripening trials and dry matter checks to the wider business, to include both the supplier and internal colleagues in order to establish whether the raw material at Intake meets minimum quality attributes or additional action is required.
The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit a QA / QC who has worked with fresh produce, ideally fruit. You will have good attention to detail, experience of using Muddy Boots would be an advantage. This role is on a 4 on 4 off 6 am -6 pm shift.
