This entrepreneurial business supply household and health & beauty products to the major high street retailers in the UK and globally. They are now seeking a Junior Product Manager to support their innovation plans and remain very competitive in the market place.
The company is based on the South Coast but are open to candidates working from home with some travel to site.
This is the opportunity for an exceptional Junior Product Manager to join a growing business to help manage the development of new products and product upgrades for their UK & global markets.
You'll help support NPD from concept to launch in line with the Innovation strategy as well as consumer trends. You will be managing product critical paths and creating new products briefs as well communicating efficiently with 3rd party production teams worldwide. All this will be done whilst ensuring that technical and commercial parameters are also satisfied.
You’ll work collaboratively within the NPD team to arrange samples, costs and presentations for customer meetings to support the creation of new product opportunities. Using your market knowledge gained from previous experience in NPD, you’ll guarantee that all resourced materials are of the right standard so that new products and changes to existing portfolios maintain the reputation of this key supplier of own label products to UK retailers. In addition you’ll use your natural flair and passion for building and enhancing business relationships with key accounts and internal colleagues to ensure continued success.
Suit a motivated & dynamic Junior Product Manager with the ability to drive and deliver exciting new product ranges. Health & Beauty or formulation experience would be preferred.
You’ll need superb project management skills, a keen eye for market trends and commercial opportunities as well as the ability to influence at all levels.
