- Daily CCP verification in production
- Daily product label checks
- Collect production samples for microbiological, chemical or allergen testing
- Daily manual temperature checks
- GMP audits
- Glass and brittle plastic audits: daily, monthly and 6 monthly
- Daily probe calibration
- Ensure recipe and QC cards are available for next production day
- Collecting samples for NPD from trials and first productions
- Speciation testing and recording
- Chemical concentration testing
- Cover other QA’s holiday, which includes:
- Knife issue and integrity records
- Daily start up checks
- Cleaning verification by performing ATP/Allergen swabbing
- Run weekly swabbing schedule, inc daily listeria
- Weekly deep blue water testing
- Daily paperwork audits inc. ensuring non-conformances are raised
- Registering of samples to the Microsearch lab system for pick up
- Daily positive release chart
- Issuing Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Conformance and sending to the customers
- Raw materials sampling and sending to the laboratory
- Monthly water sampling
- Monthly air plate testing
- Weekly calibration checks
- Printing of production QC records
- Daily airflow checks
- Monthly multi head scale calibration
