Global Beverages Development Manager, FMCG, Hertfordshire

Innovation in beverages on an international stage for a much-loved, global FMCG brand. This is a high-profile opportunity to raise the bar in Product Development.

This is a Senior Product Development role looking for a big hitter with FMCG experience.

You'll need to have developed innovative beverage products through to launch into global markets.

It's a juicy role with lots of scope with an ambitious brand seeing significant growth globally. You'll be there to set the bar for Product Development, creating industry-first, commercially successful and high-quality concepts.

You'll be leading innovation for beverages working with international manufacturing partners. This will involve scanning the horizon for the latest product trends, innovation in ingredients and technology to develop the long-term pipeline. You'll be leading cross-functional teams to drive projects forward so will need a high level of influence and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. Being able to lead and deliver on complex R&D Projects into different regions

A real passion for beverages along with a great palette and sensory experience will help you succeed here. It's a creative role that needs scientific understanding of product development and commercial acumen.

The position will involve a couple of days a week at Head Office where you'll also be hands-on in the development kitchen with the team. There's some travel but not extensively and the opportunity to work from home. It's a very flexible business that works hard but has a real focus on work/life balance too.
