Excellent opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to join a global FMCG company based in Norfolk in a days-based role!
I am excited to be partnered with a blue chip FMCG business who are looking for a Reliability Specialist to Join their team!
My client is a market leading manufacturer who have an excellent reputation for looking after their people, offering lots for realistic opportunity to progress.
As Reliability Engineer it will be your duty to drive reduction in technical downtime through successful implementation of area reliability strategy and specific projects to reduce asset downtime.
You will need to be passionate about improving business processes and have a strategic mindset to ensure the completion of improvement projects.
As Reliability Engineer you must be able to identify and implement small-scale improvement projects from conception through to completion, working closely with the relevant people across operations, IE, reliability, engineering, Quality, R&D and commercial etc.
To be considered for this role you will have proven ability to implement reliability PM strategies and be highly experienced in problem solving and Root Cause Analysis of technical issues.
Ideally you will have several years' experience working within FMCG and know exactly what it's like to work in a fast-paced factory (other industries will be considered).
