The Company

They are now seeking an enthusiastic and committed Senior Product Manager who can drive quality and innovation.

The Role

This is a diverse and rewarding role with responsibility for driving the innovation strategy across several product categories within the business. You’ll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to continually raise the bar on product innovation, quality and integrity. You’ll develop and deliver the 2-year roadmap for innovation with a clear category and product vision, presenting ideas to internal teams at all business levels as well as to your key customers.

You will play an active role in building and developing effective relationships with manufacturing partners to set benchmarks for the best products in the market. Part of your responsibilities will also be to drive their sustainability message throughout their product portfolio.

The Person

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager who has experience with critical paths and development timelines as well as experience in cost management. In this high profile role you will need to be able to think on your feet, use your in-depth food knowledge and apply your NPD project management and expertise to make influential decisions. Your commercial acumen and market focus will be second to none, and you will have a proven track record of successful own label brand management. You’ll be brimming with initiative and able to develop and implement category strategy with ease. Having a natural flair for leadership would be a great advantage as you’ll be inspiring and motivating others to deliver projects with energy and enthusiasm whilst ensuring costs parameters and technical requirements are met.
