Operations Manager

If you are interested in helping a site, take it to the next level, then this would be for you. You would be joining at a time where there are some massive projects about to kick off and they need an experienced manufacturing professional to bring the staff along on the journey.   

This is a “blue chip” company with multiple sites across the UK and has a massive global reach which in turn will give you some great development opportunities. 

The Operations Manager will report into the General Manager, but you will be the driving force behind the sites improvements across equipment, employees and process.

We are open to looking at candidates who have a varied level of experience and from a number of FMCG backgrounds but below are some of the traits we are looking for.

• You will need to have worked within a FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate running a production team successfully during that period. 
• We are looking for someone who strives for the perfect production environment, you will look for no accidents, zero defects and a real value for customers.
• Be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to production but also be able to manage the teams with a level of empathy whilst inspiring everyone to achieve high levels of performance. 

This vacancy is in West London, so I am hopeful people from Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and maybe the outskirts of Oxfordshire.

Package on offer will be in the range of £70,000 to £80,000 for the successful individual.
