The company

You will be working for a well-established business family-owned business that prides itself on supplying only the best quality products whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

The business is now seeking a Quality Auditor to join their busy and friendly team, working in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.

The job

As Quality Auditor, you will audit, inspect, and investigate routines within the factory environment, reporting any non-conformances or food safety issues.

Duties:

• Monitor the QA performance of the food production activities.
• Verify and audit hygiene and production documents and records.
• Run the weekly swabbing schedule.
• Carry out sampling such as raw material, water, chemical etc. and submitting to the laboratory.
• Carry out GMP site audits.
• Carry out physical audits including glass and hard plastic, hygiene, and fabric.

Your experience

A passion for food safety and integrity is essential! This role would suit a recent food graduate seeking their first food industry role - full training can be given.

Or you may already have food production quality assurance/quality control experience and are looking for a new challenge.

A background working with chilled, high-risk products would be a great advantage.

You will be highly organised with good prioritisation skills, be an effective communicator plus be IT literate.

The Quality Auditor job is based in North London and paying £22,000.

The working hours will be 8 am – 5 pm, with some flexibility required to cover staff holiday for the early shift.
