Therefore, to continue this success, the newly promoted site General Manager wishes to appoint an Technical Manager to lead and develop a young team in this multifaceted fast pace business.
You will operate in parallel with the GM, QA’s and assistants to oversee the BRC Technical aspects of this small fast paced operation.
With a wide range of customers from M&S to Aldi and Coop the site has gained AA* rating, this role will hold responsibility for maintaining the current high technical standards that have become expected by this own label manufacturer including the obvious BRC HACCP and Quality standards.
Ideally the you will have 3-5 years’ experience in a technical role where you have been leading and managing a small team in a progressive environment and are hungry to prove more with your knowledge of HACCP and technical standards
This is an environment for those earning freedom from the corporate glue of large multinationals as there will be few “policies and procedures” but plenty of freedom. So you must be self-organised and motivated to deliver in a fast paced and uncompromising environment
