You will operate in parallel with the MD and Commercial Director to launch multiple new products across different categories each year. Growth here is up 50% in 9 months so your people development skills will be as developed as the strategic thinking that will bring new product to market in the next year. Whilst speed is critical to win in this market so is, innovation, courage and passion to create new ideas into realisation.
Through a team you will oversee everything from bench through to factory and commercial launch to enable the delivery of the high quality standards that have become the expected norm for this business in its retail and foodservice markets.
