They now seek a Sensory and Consumer Insights Project Leader for the snacks category to plan, perform and evaluate sensory and consumer insights.
As a Sensory and Consumer Insights Project Leader, you will provide product and consumer insights within the snacks division to both internal and external clients. Working closely with marketing, sales and technical teams you will advise on targeted consumer groups and their needs/preferences. You will also provide key support to the flavourists and product developers, giving them feedback based on proven sensory testing. You will be involved in the delivery of the strategy for the sensory department to deliver competitive consumer data to meet client needs. Managing sensory testing as well as focus groups and online panels will feature, and you will suggest ways to develop current best practises and research methodologies.
Skills and Experience
Degree in sensory/consumer science/food science/psychology/related subject
Good IT skills
Sound project management skills
Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
Presentation and audience handling skills
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the Sensory/Consumer Science environment
