This role will require an individual with previous experience in a Customer Service Environment. You will need excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to multi task in a role.
Key focus of the role will be to provide a first-class service to customers, both internal and external. Promoting company products, process customer orders, communicating with customers; updating orders and account information.
