Fantastic opportunity for a Continuous Improvement specialist to join a rapidly growing FMCG business, based at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Cheshire.

As a CI specialist, you will report directly into the Continuous Improvement Manager and play a pivotal part in driving a strong CI culture across site; shopfloor to the offices and everything in between!

To give you a flavour of what this role be about, you will be analysing systems, processes and procedures and putting strategic plans in place to help deliver improvements across the company.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across several different departments across the factory including supply chain, operations, production, quality and technical and will be working with a highly influential project team, identifying process improvement opportunities.

My client is looking for a forward-thinking, ambitious individual who will mirror their ethos and company image! To be successful in this post you must be an analytical and pragmatic individual who is obsessed with data and has great attention to detail.

This opportunity would be perfect for someone who has a consultancy background, looking to move into industry or someone who has gained some experience within a 'Continuous Improvement' and or 'Lean' role and now looking to progress and join a well-established FMCG company. You will need to have some experience of delivering improvements across operations, ideally within food or drink manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or an e-commerce environment.
