Overview

The Role

This role will require a proactive and hands on approach within a production environment. This individual will need to have a positive and constructive approach towards H&S, Food Safety and Quality, whilst communicating and liaising between the operations and Quality team. Team work, honesty and transparency is absolute paramount, to ensure site compliance, whilst ensuring teams are valued, engaged and encouraged to escalate any issue or potential for improvement. This role will report into the QA Manager.

This position is based on shifts during the working week with 1 in 4 weekend working.

The Candidate

Ideally from a QA and/ or food manufacturing background, with a general understanding of Food Safety/ HACCP and GMP. The preferred candidate must hold key company values to include being passionate, inquisitive, take ownership, constantly strive to improve and work collaboratively with their team and the wider business.
