Job Details

Are you a solid people manager with Technical Audits experience?
Do you have a strong background across various Agricultural food product areas?

Main Responsibilities:
Identify and address auditor resource needs, including appointment and on-boarding of auditors.
As a people leader you will be managing a team of auditors.
You will need to monitor and manage auditor performance and the quality of their work (i.e. auditor KPIs).
Maintaining their competency profiles in accordance with scheme/client/accreditation requirements
Monitoring and managing effective auditor utilisation
Identifying and managing auditor calibration activities
Assist with customer complaints in relation to audit delivery

Key Skills Required:
Hands on people management experience
You will need to have specific experience in one or more of the following food product areas; Crops and Produce, Dairy and Pigs, Poultry or Beef and Lamb experience
Knowledge of the following relevant schemes and standards would be an advantage:
Global Gap, Red Tractor, LEAF, Lion Code etc.
