You'll be part of a talented, global team of Packaging professionals. This team investigates new technologies, new sustainable materials and builds new capability across the business globally.

You'll be leading packaging development projects from ideation and design through to implementation in production. You'll identify new packaging technologies and innovation opportunities to enhance the current range and deliver new concepts to market. This will involve working across an international network of manufacturing facilities. A key focus will be working towards the company's sustainability targets and your role with be integral to achieving these.

Working with different business functions across different regions to deliver projects will need good stakeholder management experience and organisational skills. Being a self-starter who is determined to see projects successfully to fruition works well here.

You'll need Packaging development experience in an FMCG environment. Ideally, you'll have a relevant degree and a Packaging qualification would be advantageous. You'll need good knowledge of packaging materials, ideally including rigid plastics and flexibles.
