HR Manager FTC Contract 9 Months. Three days a week for an amazing food business to support with maternity cover.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of a range of unique and amazing products. Enjoying strong relationships with several leading retailers and producers. The business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and has embraced changes in the marketplace to remain at the top of their game.
Due to upcoming maternity leave our client is seeking an experienced and capable HR Manager to support them for at least the next nine months on FTC basis.
Working closely with the Directors the HR Manager will be expected to maintain the day-to-day HR functions of the business, as well as take the lead on recruitment and hourly paid labour. This is a close-knit team where no day will be the same and offers a great opportunity for the right person to make an immediate and lasting impact.
This FTC HR Manager role will be on a part time basis, with the successful professional expected to work from their site in North Yorkshire for three days a week.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will be able to demonstrate:
- A background within Food Manufacturing or FMCG
- CIPD Level 5
- Excellent diplomacy and influencing skills
- A true 'generalist' approach to HR with the willingness to support where needed
- Be able to work from their site three days a week
