Diversity and Inclusion
We are proud of how diverse our workforce are and we want to continue to be as inclusive as possible and welcome people from all areas of the community. Even if English isn't your first language that's ok because we have 52 different nationalities (and we reckon someone will speak your language!) The more diverse we are the better! All we ask for is hard work and commitment. In turn, we love rewarding our hard working people with visits from the Ice Cream van, Pizza delivery days, cakes and sweet treats, summer and winter parties and so much more !
Our people are the heart of what we do, we know they work hard and we value them. Come and apply if you want to be part of our growing team. It's a great time to join !
Many of our long standing members of staff such as supervisors and team leaders joined us at entry level roles and we work closely with all of our employees so they can realise their potential..
Like many other organisations, we are considering with renewed focus what Diversity means to us. What may have been acceptable a short time ago is not sufficient for the future, so we are dedicating our time and focus to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, especially those who are often excluded or underrepresented.
If you feel that you do not see yourself represented in this particular professional area because of any part of your identity that makes you different, we would especially like to hear from you.

Company

We’re a family-run sandwich supplier, Food to Go and lunch platter company in South London with over 30 years experience creating and delivering the most delicious sandwiches around. It all started in 1979 with our dad making food for hungry travellers on the A22.

Lots has changed since then but one thing remains the same — we seek out the best, most delicious produce from around the country so that our sandwiches are as mouth-watering as they should be.

Terry handed over the reins to his three sons, Sam, Jack and William and we’ve been going from strength to strength ever since. All our food is handmade at our kitchens in South London with the same care, love and admiration that we’ve shown since day one. Although we’re obsessed with sandwiches, we also make everything else that you’d need for lunch; from focaccias, baguettes, wraps and whole lunch platters, to salads, fruit and snacking pots.
