Due to business growth, this is a brand-new role in NPD for a leading Food Manufacturer. An opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive team.

This is a great role for someone keen to learn all about New Product Development.

It's a newly created position to expand the team as business continues to grow.

You'll be supporting the NPD team for a leading Food Manufacturer whose products you'll be familiar with on the supermarket shelves.

It's a hands-on and varied role, spending time in the factory and office supporting on projects as required. This will involve preparing product samples, supporting on product testing and factory trials. You'll be liaising with teams in the factory, ingredients and packaging suppliers. You'll ensure all correct project documentation is in place and help keep the team organised and up to date on all projects.

We are looking for someone with experience in a food manufacturing environment who is really organised, has great IT skills and is eager to learn. You'll need to be a good communicator who is confident in dealing with people at all levels. As it's a varied role with multiple projects on the go, you'll need to be adaptable and able to prioritise your work. You'll also need a driving licence as some travel will be required.
