• Huge international food manufacturing company with multiple sites across the UK, specialising in fresh prepared food
• Work with leading grocery retailers, with a focus on developing their own label brands
• 1000 people on site

Role

• Responsible for leading 5 Quality Auditors that monitor and evaluate product and processing systems in addition to factory practices
• Implement and review quality systems performance of food production to the agreed safety and quality standards
• Evaluate risks before the introduction/establishment of new process, product, or raw material
• Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager

Candidate

• Strong quality assurance background
• Supervisory experience
• HACCP experience
• Food Science qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with high care/high risk environment
• Ideally a practical knowledge of food safety legislation/quality requirements

Salary Package

• Salary c. £32,000 (£30,000 + £2,000)
• Sunday - Thursday
• Evening shift pattern: 5pm – 1am
