Senior NPD Manager
Restaurant Support - Soho Office

We’re looking for a Senior NPD Manager to join our Food team with specific responsibility for leading the development implementation in our restaurants in the Republic of Ireland and some PizzaExpress sub brands, as well as overseeing and providing support on NPD for our retail channels. 

We’re looking for a good project manager, someone who knows the market, can identify opportunities and play them back into business planning. You’d be working very closely with our UK Food Team – ensuring consistency of brand and quality.

We launch 4 new menus to our business each year – to do so successfully also requires close collaboration with our Supply Chain and Quality & Safety teams, exceptional skills at comms and organisation, understanding the operational impact and supporting in the implementation of each menu out to the business.

Initially this role will be majority focused on Ireland and will require travel on a monthly basis.

You’d need solid track record of success in a similar, managerial role within food services, leisure or retail, but ideally in hospitality and casual dining. You’ll be able work independently, build excellent relationships and always able to communicate and work closely with central teams.
