This site is shortlisting to head up their site across the Despatch and Packing facility. Previous experience within Despatch is highly desirable although this role will also suit those with any Warehouse/Production/Intake experience also.

This role has 10 direct reports; you will be a natural leader and build rapport quickly. With a 'family feel' you will be working in partnership with your team; supporting them on a daily basis and driving their ongoing development. You will also be no stranger to a hands on approach and rolling your sleeves up to get stuck in where needed.

You will be an ambitious; this is a site that is continuing to grow with ambitious plans in place and will invest back into you. You will be reporting into the Despatch Manager; a personable manager that is passionate about people development.

They are passionate about their people meaning cultural alignment is essential. It is important you are a strong peoples manager that thrives from working within the thick of the action with a hands on, mentoring approach to your team.

This position will give you a work life balance; working 4 on 4 off on a days only pattern. This is a busy site and overtime is available throughout the year as well as within the seasonal peaks through the year.
